Project use

Artwork and confidential product information are used only to evaluate or perform the agreed project. They are not offered to other customers without permission.

Supplier access

Where sampling or production requires a supplier to receive files, access is limited to the information needed for that work.

Licensing and collaboration

Any licence, royalty, exclusivity, territory or joint-development arrangement must be documented in a separate written agreement. No such rights are implied by an enquiry.

Your responsibility

You must have the right to use submitted artwork, trademarks and references. TEWYAG may decline projects that appear copied, infringing or otherwise unsuitable.
